Christy Muzik
(Blue Heron Class)
Christy Muzik joined Woodland as our 1st Grade – Blue Heron class teacher in 2020. She holds a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Arizona State University as well as a BA in Psychology from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. Her education also includes Waldorf teacher training, specializing in birth -4th grade. Recently, Christy was a Charter Waldorf teacher at Mountain Oak Community School in Prescott, AZ for grades 1-4 and taught 6th grade at Madrone Trail School in Central Point. She has a background in singing, acting, hiking, gardening and Waldorf style drawing and painting. She is excited to share her talents with the Woodland Charter School community.
